Też mam DEV 1, wersja bramki nie ma znaczenia, najpierw musisz zaktualizować bramkę do LTS i Python 3.9.
Mi najszybciej to poszło restartując ją do ustawień fabrycznych i przywracając zapisaną konfigurację.
ja chce mieć pustą bez konfiguracji wolę wszystko wyciąć.

Nie ma czegoś takiego jak przywracanie do ustawień fabrycznych przez użytkownika. Taką czynność powinien robić ktoś z serwisu AIS.
Użytkownik natomiast może bez problemu wykonywać pełen reset aplikacji.
Po pełnym resecie aplikacji konfiguracja jest startowa, czysta. Instaluje się samo, wszystko co potrzeba, z repozytorium AIS.
